Editor note: Robert contacted the new Twister Special website on March 28, 2017 to inform us of his Twister.
Hello,
My name is Robert Bartolomei I live in Old Forge, PA and I own a 1985 Mustang GT T-Top Twister II, VIN# 1FABP28M1FF109862 9L Oxford White that was built 09-28-1984 and released on 10-04-1984 ordered by Schlozman Motors in Overland Park,KS. I received this information from my Marti Report. Until I received my Marti Report I didn't fully know what I had in the garage.
I read a bunch of articles and I don't know if I have the Twister II that was at the debut at Marriott Hotel in Overland Park, KS in 11-1984 any info about this or my Mustang would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a copy of my Marti Report. So you can add my Twister II to your registry.

Editor note: Robert contacted the new Twister Special website on August 6, 2019 to give us the following update:
I still have the White 1985 Mustang Twister II T-Top VIN# 1FABP28M1FF109862. I have come across some more information and I would like share with you about this car and some other Twisters on the site. My Twister ending in 109862, Doug Copeland's ending in 109863 and Lisa Marshall's ending in 112250 Twisters are the 3 ONLY Twister T-Top's painted in 9L Oxford white that were produced and they are all still in existence. Mine was accepted into the 2019 Carlisle Ford Nationals as a Featured Display Vehicle for the 50 years of the Foxbody. I had ALOT of people asking me about the car and about the Twister II's in general. My Twister was also videoed and documented at the Ford Nationals. I am including updated pictures of my Twister (below) with the correct decals on it like it would have been in 1985 with the exception of the Pony Wheels that are on it at the moment. If everything can go according to plan will are going try and have all 3 Twister II's get together for the 2020 Carlisle Ford Nationals that is something that has not been done in over 34 Years.
Here is the website for the You Tube video of my Twister at the Ford Nationals. https://youtu.be/klvAO-JzR1Y and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
I have amassed a lot more knowledge of the cars over the years and connections in the field if there is anything that I can do let me know and I will be more then happy to help.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Sincerely,
Rob Bartolomei Jr.
